Résumé :	A one-day-old newborn was admitted for immediate presentation of a tumor syndrome with extensive purpuric lesions. Clinical examination revealed hepatosplenomegaly and recurrent fever. This neonate was born from a pregnancy carried to term without antenatal anomalies and then delivered by emergency cesarean section for acute fetal distress. Exploration of the family history revealed the notion of a 3rd degree consanguineous marriage, 2 deaths in the fraternity in a context of disseminated intravascular.
