Résumé :	A 69-year-old woman with a history of post-hepatitic cirrhosis was admitted to our institute for a long-lasting bone pain in the lumbar region and legs. Clinical examination revealed splenomegaly. Complete blood count showed pancytopenia. Her levels and counts were as follows: haemoglobin: 9.7 g/dL, white blood cells: 1.2*109/L and platelets 50*109/L. Total protein was 74 g/L with albumin of 29.4 g/L, gammaglobulins of 7.8 g/L and a peak in the α2 region (28.4 g/L).This monoclonal band was Immunoglobulin [...]
