Résumé :	A 64-year-old patient from Congo was hospitalized in October 2020 to explore arterial hypertension complicated by a right occipital ischemic stroke nine months before. A complete blood count performed with hematology analyser XN-9000 (Sysmex) on EDTA K3 3 mL blood sample reported 6.7 * 109/L white blood cells with 1.0 * 109/L eosinophils, 161 * 109/L platelets and 12 g/dL haemoglobin.
