Résumé :	A 45-year-old woman presented with a one-year history of progressive cognitive impairment, weight loss and walking difficulties. Clinical examination showed hepatomegaly without splenomegaly. Cerebral magnetic resonance imaging revealed frontal and temporal atrophy.
