Résumé :	A 74-year-old woman presented with worsening fatigue over the past two months, along with sacroiliac joint pain. Ten years ago, she was treated for breast carcinoma with breast-conserving surgery and anthracycline-based adjuvant chemotherapy and was considered to be in complete remission.At presentation, blood work revealed normocytic anemia (MCV 90 fL, hemoglobin 100 g/L), thrombocytopenia (97 × 109/L), and normal leukocytes (8 × 109/L).
