Résumé :	A man in his 70s, previously healthy, presented with an isolated right humerus fracture (figure 1A). Extensive radiological examination revealed multiple lytic lesions in the femoral region. Initial blood work revealed isolated anemia (88 g/L) and elevated creatinine (300 μmol/L; normal range: 65-119 μmol/L). Serum protein electrophoresis identified a lambda IgA monoclonal protein (25 g/L), while light chain analysis showed no abnormalities.Bone marrow aspirate revealed normal trilineage hematopoiesis [...]
