A man in his 50s presented with thirst, fatigue, muscle weakness, and polyuria, worsening over one week. A humerus fracture was reported two months ago. There was no history of drug abuse, medication use, or other relevant medical conditions.Laboratory investigations revealed hypokalemia (1.5 mmol/L; range 3,5-5 mmol/L), hypophosphatemia (0.5 mmol/L; range 0,9-1,5 mmol/L), and hyperchloremic metabolic acidosis.
